LANE CLOSURE
FOR
BELCO TRENCH WORK
MONDAY, APRIL 10th, 2023 THOUGH FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 1st, 2023
The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform the motoring public that the Middle Road BELCO trench works will commence from the Lighthouse Road to Evans Bay BELCO substation starting Monday, April 10th, 2023 and will be ongoing through Friday, September 1st, 2023. The single lane closure will be on the eastbound lane only and working hours will be from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm daily.
Traffic controls will be under direction of Intelligent Trenching representatives and will be managed via traffic control signals and signage.
Motorists are advised to use alternative routes via Lighthouse Road and South Road.
The Ministry of Public Works wishes to encourage the full cooperation of the public and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.
