DRAFT BERMUDA PLAN 2018
NOTICE OF NEW OPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
In accordance with Section 10 of the Development and Planning Act 1974, the Minister of Home Affairs hereby gives notice that the Draft Bermuda Plan 2018 shall be the operative development plan for Bermuda except for the City of Hamilton.
The Draft Bermuda Plan 2018 shall replace the Bermuda Plan 2008.
For a copy of the Draft Bermuda Plan 2018 and other related information, please visit the Government portal www.gov.bm or visit the Department of Planning, 5th floor, Dame Lois Browne-Evans Building, 58 Court Street, City of Hamilton.
Any objection or representation with reference to the Draft Bermuda Plan 2018 may be submitted online using the Citizen Self Service link or the public consultation form found on the Government Portal www.gov.bm.
Technical officers will be available to answer questions on the Draft Bermuda Plan 2018 at the Department of Planning and at various exhibitions in the City, Town of St. George and Dockyard between 3rd December 2018 and 15th March 2019.
