Her Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the
Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Elkinson
Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matter:
Dywer Williams et al v Erica Williams 2021/226 civ. for the period
23 January 2023, until this matter is complete
