N O T I C E
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hilary 2021 Term of the Court of Appeal for Bermuda will is between Monday, 11 January and Wednesday, 31 March 2021. The Court will next sit (virtually) commencing on Monday, 25 January to Wednesday, 27 January 2021 at 9.00 a.m. and again between Monday, 1 March and Friday, 19 March 2021 or until the Court has concluded its business. All hearings can be observed via the Court’s website at www.gov.bm/court-appeal.
A Draft Cause List will be placed on the Notice Boards at the various Registries and on the court’s website. Additionally a copy is annexed herewith.
