APPOINTMENT OF MARRIAGE OFFICER
Pursuant to the provisions of The Marriage Act 1944, the Minister of Home Affairs, on the 6th November 2018, licensed Rev. Dr. Joyce Chesley Hayward as a Marriage Officer, thereby enabling her to perform marriage ceremonies in Bermuda.
