PUBLIC ACCESS TO INFORMATION (INFORMATION STATEMENT) (REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF BERMUDA) NOTICE 2019

The Chairman who has supervision of the Regulatory Authority of Bermuda, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) (Regulatory Authority of Bermuda) Notice 2019.

Deposit of information statement

1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Regulatory Authority of Bermuda information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—

1. the offices of the Regulatory Authority of Bermuda;
2. the offices of the Information Commissioners Office;
    
3. the Bermuda Archives; and
    
4. the Bermuda National Library,

and shall come into operation on 9 January 2020.
