PUBLIC ACCESS TO INFORMATION (INFORMATION STATEMENT) POLICE COMPLAINTS AUTHORITY NOTICE 2023

The Chairman, Jeffrey Elkinson, who has supervision of the Police Complaints Authority, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) Police Complaints Authority Notice 2023.

Deposit of information statement

1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Police Complaints Authority information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—

1. the offices of the [name of public authority];

1. the Bermuda Archives; and

1. the Bermuda National Library,

1. the Office of the Information Commissioner

and shall come into operation on 1 April 2023.
