TEMPORARY FUNDRAISING LICENCE T2088

Issued to ST. DAVID’S WARRIORS YOUTH ATHLETICS PROGRAM

in accordance with the Charities Act 2014, section 43 (5)

The Temporary Fundraising Licence has been  

Issued for the period January 7, 2020 to April 7, 2020.

Applicant Licensee and Custodian of the funds:

  1. Shawn Lightbourne, Fundraising Chairperson and
  2. Jennifer C. Wellman, Treasurer.

The Licensee and Custodian of the funds are required to submit to the Registrar a revenue and expense report detailing the sources and uses of the funds raised within two (2) months of the expiration of this Licence.
