in accordance with the Charities Act 2014, section 43 (5)

The Temporary Fundraising Licence has been  

Issued for the period December 18, 2019 to March 18, 2020.

Applicant Licensee and Custodian of the funds:

  1. Dr. Carika Weldon, Executive Director and
  2. Stephen Dill, Gala Coordinator.

The Licensee and Custodian of the funds are required to submit to the Registrar a revenue and expense report detailing the sources and uses of the funds raised within two (2) months of the expiration of this Licence.
