PUBLIC ACCESS TO INFORMATION (INFORMATION STATEMENT) DEPARTMENT OF CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES NOTICE 2026
The Director who has supervision of The Department of Child and Family Services in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice.
Citation
1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) Department of Child and Family Services Notice 2026.
Deposit of information statement
2. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Department of Child and Family Services’ information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—
(a) the offices of the Department of Child and Family Services- Head Office,
(b) the Bermuda Archives,
(c) the Bermuda National Library, and
(d) the Office of the Information Commissioner,
and shall come into operation on January 1, 2026.
