The Permanent Secretary who has supervision of the Ministry of Labour, Community Affairs and Sports HQ, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) (Ministry of Labour, Community Affairs and Sports HQ) Notice 2019

Deposit of information statement

1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Labour, Community Affairs and Sports HQ information statement has been deposited for public inspection at— 
2. the offices of the Ministry of Labour, Community Affairs and Sports HQ; 
3. the Bermuda Archives;
4. the Bermuda National Library; and
5. the Office of the Information Commissioner 

and shall come into operation on 4th December 2019.
