Watford Bridge Maintenance

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Watford Bridge Maintenance as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").

The Government requires the removal of the existing surfacing and waterproofing system of Watford Bridge. This will include the supply, surface preparation and installation of a liquid membrane waterproofing on the concete bridge deck, supply and installation of the expansion joints, sidewalk covers, joint fillers and new kerbs on Watford Bridge. Proponets submitting a proposal for this work will be required to provide sufficient information to demonstrate their technical capability and availability to complete the scope of works and deliverables in accordance with the RFX.

Important Dates

Site Visit/Pre-Bid Meeting

A Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled for this procurement.  The purpose of the Pre-Bid meeting is to provide a structured and formal opportunity for the bidders to raise questions and clarify any of the proposal requirements and procurement process.  Non-attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting will not be a cause for disqualifiication of a bidder.
