Executive Summary:

This Procurement Notice is issued by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to provide summary information in relation to a specific procurement, as detailed below.  This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) through the Cabinet Office is requesting information from interested parties for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the Government and provide the information requested within. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify potential vendors who are willing and capable of providing standardised Office Supplies and Photocopy Paper under a Long-Term Supply "Framework Agreement" for all requesting public procuring entities in Bermuda.

Pre- Bid Meeting

The respondent’s designated representative is invited to attend a pre-bid meeting, if provided for; the purpose of the meeting will be to clarify issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage of the procurement The respondent is requested, as far as possible, to submit their interest in attending and any questions in writing, to reach the RFI Contact not later than two days before the meeting.
