Gibbs Hill Lightbourne - Internal Painting

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Gibbs Hill Lightbourne - Internal Painting, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").

Internal surface preparation and painting of all previously painted surfaces is to be carried out in accordance with the internal painting specifications attached with this RFQ.

The project building is located at: 68 St. Anne's Road, Southampton.

Pre-Bid / Site Meeting

A site visit will be held on April 13, 2023 at 10:00am at the site location: Gibbs Hill Lightbourne, 68 St. Anne's Road, Southampton.  The site visit will be conducted in order to become familiar with the site conditions and any limitations that may affect the proposed work.  All respondents or their official representative(s) attending the site visit are responsible for their own costs.  The respondents or their official representative must register their presence wth the RFX Contact, [Dennis Reid], at the start stating the name of the company they represent, their email address, and phone number. 

The purpose of the meeting will be to visually review the site conditions, clarify issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised.  Respondents are responsible to have a copy of the RFX documents and for making their own notations during the site visit.  Any modification of the RFX documents that may become necessary as a result of the site visit(s) will be made thru an addendum.
