Tenders are invited from experienced General Contractors for the above captioned project. The project involves all works required for the construction of a 1.4 meter high reinforced concrete block retaining wall and a 1.2 meter wide curbed concrete sidewalk and associated works on Happy Valley Road at #1 Hillsdale Avenue together with the erection of a 1 meter (3') high PVC picket fence and construction of a road drainage catch-basin and disposal borehole.
Contractors submitting a tender for this work will be required to provide sufficient information to demonstrate their technical and financial capability to complete the works in accordance with the specification and contract drawings.
