Cisco LifeCycle Services
The Government of Bermuda, through the Department of Information and Digital Technologies (IDT), invites proposals from qualified Cisco-authorized resellers for the procurement and provision of Cisco Lifecycle Services.
The successful Proponent will act as the prime contractor and will be responsible for procuring, activating, and administering the required Cisco Lifecycle Services, including commercial management, invoicing, coordination, escalation, and ensuring the Government receives access to all contracted service entitlements.
