            WHEREAS, General Services Limited was included on a list of companies and struck off the Register of Companies effective August 16, 2020 pursuant to section 261 of the Companies Act 1981.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the expiration of sixty days from the date of publication of this Notice, the companies listed in the attached Schedule will unless cause is shown to the contrary be STRUCK-OFF the Register and will be DISSOLVED.

I, The Registrar of Companies, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE to all concerned that, Plimmer Group (Bermuda) Limited has been restored to the Register and as such is deemed to have continued in existence as if its name had never been struck off pursuant to section 261 (6) of the Companies Act 1981.
