CORRIGENDUM TO THE CORPORATE INCOME TAX ACT 2023 AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2024 

The Corporate Income Tax Act 2023 Amendment Regulations 2024 published on 20 December 2024 as BR 130/2024 contained two errors in regulation 6. 

Regulation 6 should have read as follows:

Notice to all public authorities by Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

Every public authority listed in the Public Access to Information (PATI) Act 2010, at column 1 of the Schedule to the Act, shall submit to the Information Commissioner the public authority’s completed ICO 2024 Annual Return, pursuant to sections 7(1)(b), 8(1) and 58(3) of the PATI Act.
