Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Warren Jones of Polaris Holding Company Ltd. is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 30 persons assembling;

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Dorte Horsfield of Bermuda National Trust is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 30 persons assembling;

AMENDMENT OF LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION STANDARD CONDITIONS

The Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport hereby amends the following large group exemptions which were previously granted under regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021, by substituting the following for Standard Large Group Condition 2:
