The Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport hereby amends the following large group exemptions which were previously granted under regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 to add the following conditions:

Supplementary Provisions to the

Air Navigation (Fees for Certificates and Services) Regulations 2012

I, Rena Lalgie, as the Governor of Bermuda in accordance with article 4(2) to the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2013, hereby exercise my power to make provisions supplemental to the Air Navigation (Fees for Certificates and Services) Regulations 2012 to the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority, as the person designated under article 6(1) of the said Order to amend fees payable under those Regulations.
