(PHASED RE-OPENING) REGULATIONS 2021
LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION
Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Teiko Furbert of Epic Entertainment is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 200 persons assembling;

AMENDMENT OF LARGE GROUP EXEMPTIONS
The Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport hereby amends the following large group exemptions which were previously granted under regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 to allow for the use of 100% of the sporting venues’ normal capacities:
