The Office of the Ombudsman will be changing its working ours from:

Mon-Thu 9:00am – 5:30pm, Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm

The new Office hours are now from:

            Pursuant to Section 11 of the Jurors Act 1971, I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that copies of the Approved List will be available at the General Post Office and at all sub post offices for inspection by interested persons, free of charge, from Tuesday, 2^nd August 2022 to Wednesday, 31^st August 2022 (both dates inclusive) each weekday from 8:30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Embodiment of the Bermuda Reserve Police

In accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of the Police Act, 1974, Her Excellency the Governor, Ms. Rena Lalgie has granted permission for the embodiment of the Bermuda Reserve Police for the dates Thursday 28^th July and Friday 29^th July, 2022.

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the Department of Marine and Ports Services are advising the public that a further 31 abandoned and derelict boats – owners unknown – will shortly be removed from the water and disposed of.  These are located in the Mullet bay entrance, Ferry Reach, Coney Island and Ducks Puddle (St George’s), Mills Creek and Stovell Bay, Spanish Point (Pembroke) and Somerset areas.
