UNDER SECTION 42(1)(a)

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 42(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,

The applications detailed below are available for review on the Department of Planning's Customer Self Service Portal (https://planning.gov.bm/index.php/customer-self-service).

Any person wishing to submit comments on the application must do so within 14 days.

Notice to all public authorities by Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

Every public authority listed in the Public Access to Information (PATI) Act 2010, at column 1 of the Schedule to the Act, shall submit to the Information Commissioner the public authority’s completed ICO 2024 Annual Return, pursuant to sections 7(1)(b), 8(1) and 58(3) of the PATI Act.

In accordance with section 18(2) of the Constitution, Her Excellency the Governor and Commander-in-Chief has been pleased to appoint Emily Addiscott, Policy Officer to act as Deputy Governor from Friday, 29 November to Sunday, 15 December 2024 or until the Deputy Governors return.
