 Notice is hereby given that Michael Kevin Malott and Janet Marie Frid, both Canadian Citizens, who is also a Permanent Residents, are applying to the Minister responsible for Immigration for sanction to acquire land together with a dwelling house thereon located at 3 Arrowroot Lane, situated in Hamilton Parish HS 04.

Notice is hereby given that Richard E MacLean, Katherine A MacLean and Edward Conlon Cadden MacLean, all American citizens, are applying to the Minister responsible for Immigration for sanction to acquire 1/10^th fraction or share of Unit B-4-H , The Reefs Club, 56 South Road, Southampton Parish.

Notice is hereby given that Claudia Sofia Pimentel Borges, a Portuguese Citizen, who is also a Permanent Resident, is applying to the Minister responsible for Immigration for sanction to acquire land together with a dwelling house thereon located at 4 Evans Bay Road, Southampton Parish SB 04.

N.B. Any person who knows why a sanction to acquire property in Bermuda should not be granted to the applicant should send a written statement to the Minister responsible for Immigration, P.O. Box 1364, Hamilton HM FX, no later than the 15 March, 2019.
