The Assistant Commissioner of Police, in compliance with the requirement of section 35BD(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1947, gives the following Notice:
Acquisition of Land by a Non-Bermudian
Notice is hereby given that Edward Francis Carye, Christine Ann Carye, Meghan Elizabeth Carye and Amanda Claire Carye, all American citizens, are applying to the Minister for sanction to acquire to acquire 0.62 hectares of land together with a dwelling house thereon erected known as “Heron Hill”, 31 Riddell’s Bay Road situate in Warwick Parish, WK04.

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Wedding Reception of Henry Talbot and Melissa Martin an event justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 4 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than seventy- five persons assembling;
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Minister of Labour, by the following person for the grant of Bermudian status under the provisions of section 19A of the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act, 1956, (viz: has been married to the same Bermudian for ten [10] continuous years, during that marriage has been ordinarily resident in Bermuda for seven [7] years, the last two [2] years of which must be continuous to the date of application; has been living together with his/her Bermudian spouse as husband and wife continuously for the two [2] years immediately preceding

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists that the railway trail, Southampton from White Hill Field gateway to Tribe Road No 5 will be made one way on 26th October to 1st November 2020.
Mr. Kirk Outerbridge, Chief Engineer, Ministry of Public Works has been appointed to act as Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Works from 19th October, 2020 to 23rd October, 2020.
