CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
UNDER SECTION 42(1)(a)
The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers
conferred upon it by virtue of Section 42(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,
(“The Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Company listed below,
the respective Insurance Manager registration granted
to the said Company under the Act, effective 30th June 2020: -

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Electrical Supply Trade Union’s Annual General Meeting on Friday July 17, 2020 is an exceptional circumstance justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;
Pursuant to the requirements of Subsection (2) of Section 5 of The Architects Registration Act, 1969, notice is hereby given that the following name has been entered in the Register of Architects:-
