The Director who has supervision of the Department of Statistics, in exercise of the power conferred by section 6(6) of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Contracts Valued $50,000 or More) Department of Statistics Notice 2020.

consultation with the Chief Justice, has

approved the appointment of Mr. Craig Attridge,

Worshipful Magistrate to act as Puisne Judge for the

period 2^nd June 2020 – 5^th June 2020 or until the trial is complete.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

UNDER SECTION 42(1)(a)

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 42(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,

(“the Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Company listed below,

the respective Insurance Broker registration granted

 to the said Company under the Act, effective 31^st March 2020:-

Ms. Carlita Lodge, Cultural Affairs Programme Manager, Department of Community and Cultural Affairs has been appointed to act as Director, Department of Community and Cultural Affairs from June 5th - 9th, 2020.

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,

(“the Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Insurer listed below, the

respective Class 3 Insurer registration granted to the said Insurer

under the Act effective, 20^th May 2020: -
