Notice is hereby given that Jeffrey Martin Glenn Sherman and Janice Elizabeth Sherman, both Canadian citizens, are applying to the Minister for the Cabinet Office for sanction to acquire a leasehold interest in the property known as Azura “Edgewater 3Bdr Ground (East)” 90 South Shore Road situate in Warwick Parish.

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Funeral Repast for Earl Eugene (Townsey) Russell (Deceased) is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than seventy-five persons assembling;
