APPOINTMENT OF CHILDREN’S OFFICERS

Effective January 1 2021 until December 31 2021, the Minister of Legal Affairs has approved the appointment of the following persons as Children’s Officers under section 10 (1) of the Children Act 1998:

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,

(“the Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Insurer listed below,

the respective Special Purpose Insurer registration granted

 to the said Insurer under the Act, effective 26^th January 2021:-
