Licensing (Examination Deferral) Extension Order 2021

 An Order is hereby made by the Minister responsible for transport under the provisions of section 53B(3) of the Motor Car Act 1951 and section 17B(3) of the Auxiliary Bicycles Act 1954 to extend the time period provided in the Licensing (Examination Deferral) Order 2021 (GN 0334/2021) by an additional week for the period of Wednesday, 21 April 2021 to  Wednesday, 28 April 2021.

Pursuant to section 4 of the Labour Disputes Act 1992, I declare that a labour dispute exists between the Department of Public Transportation and the Bermuda Industrial Union.
