The Executive Officer who has supervision of the Human Rights Commission, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice.

Pursuant to Subsection 3 of Section 5 of The Professional Engineers Registration Act, 1972, notice is hereby given that the following name has been entered in the Register of Professional Engineers:-

APPOINTMENT OF MARITIME MARRIAGE OFFICER

Pursuant to the provisions of the Maritime Marriage Act 1999, the Minister of Economy and Labour, on the 9th day of December 2025 licensed Captain Eukasz Cezary Pozniak, Master of ships owned by Carnival Cruises thereby enabling him to perform marriage ceremonies onboard the Bermuda Registered Carnival Ships owned by Carnival Cruises and registered in the Port of Hamilton Bermuda.

APPOINTMENT OF MARITIME MARRIAGE OFFICER

Pursuant to the provisions of the Maritime Marriage Act 1999, the Minister of Economy and Labour, on the 9th day of December 2025 licensed Captain Mark Patrick McCarthy, Master of ships owned by Carnival Cruises thereby enabling him to perform marriage ceremonies onboard the Bermuda Registered Carnival Ships owned by Carnival Cruises and registered in the Port of Hamilton Bermuda.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Maritime Marriage Act 1999, the Minister of Economy and Labour, on the 9th day of December 2025 licensed Captain Jonathan James Ward, Master of ships owned by Carnival Cruises thereby enabling him to perform marriage ceremonies onboard the Bermuda Registered Carnival Ships owned by Carnival Cruises and registered in the Port of Hamilton Bermuda.

APPOINTMENT OF MARITIME MARRIAGE OFFICER

Pursuant to the provisions of the Maritime Marriage Act 1999, the Minister of Economy and Labour, on the 9th day of December 2025 licensed Staff Captain Tomasz Franciszkowski, Master of ships owned by Carnival Cruises thereby enabling him to perform marriage ceremonies onboard the Bermuda Registered Carnival Ships owned by Carnival Cruises and registered in the Port of Hamilton Bermuda.
