WHEREAS The Minister of Home Affairs (“the Minister”) has caused a draft development plan entitled “The Draft Bermuda Plan 2018” to be prepared consisting of the Draft Bermuda Plan 2018 Planning Statement and Zoning Maps;

AND WHEREAS the Draft Bermuda Plan 2018 was declared operative on the 3^rd day of December 2018;

APPOINTMENT OF MARRIAGE OFFICER

Pursuant to the provisions of The Marriage Act 1944, the Minister of Home Affairs, on the 15^th June 2021, licensed Rev. Valeria Lisa Yvonne Osborne as a Marriage Officer, thereby enabling her to perform marriage ceremonies in Bermuda.

APPOINTMENT OF MARRIAGE OFFICER

Pursuant to the provisions of The Marriage Act 1944, the Minister of Home Affairs, on the 15^th June 2021, licensed Bishop Roxanne G. D. Haynes as a Marriage Officer, thereby enabling her to perform marriage ceremonies in Bermuda.

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists that Hotelco will need to undertake emergency pump repairs along Bourne Drive at the Five Fort Golf Course path in St. George’s.
