LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Kimberly Jackson of Mirrors Bermuda is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 20 persons assembling;

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Nik Bhola, General Manager of CBC Managers 2013 LTD, operating The Coral Beach and Tennis Club is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 20 persons assembling;

Mrs. Cherie Whitter, Deputy Head of the Public Service, The Cabinet Office has been appointed to act as Head of the Public Service, The Cabinet Office from 15^th October, 2021 to 22^nd October, 2021.

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 42(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,
