APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT JUSTICES

In exercise of the powers conferred upon her by Section 73(6) of the Constitution, Her Excellency the Governor has, after consultation with the Chief Justice, extended until 30 September 2022 the appointment of Dr Ian Rowe Chukudinka Kawaley as an Assistant Justice of the Supreme Court of Bermuda, which appointment commenced on 1 January 2020, to sit on such day or days during the aforesaid period as may be agreed from time to time.
