(PHASED RE-OPENING) REGULATIONS 2021

AMENDMENT OF LARGE GROUP EXEMPTIONS

The Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport hereby amends the following large group exemptions which were previously granted under regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 to allow for the use of 100% of their venues’ normal capacities:

LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Marquel Waldron is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than the permitted number assembling;

Mr. Mannard Packwood, Ministry Controller, Ministry of Transport has been appointed to act as Director, Transport Control Department from 28^th March, 2022 to 10^th April, 2022  (inclusive).

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Craig Tyrrell is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than the permitted number assembling;

Mr. Terry Spencer, Assistant Director, Transport Control Department has been appointed to act as Director, Transport Control Department from 1^st January, 2022 to 27^th March, 2022  (inclusive).
