TAKE NOTICE of a Special Session of the Liquor Licensing Authority to be held on Friday, 18^th day of February, 2022 at the Government Post Office Building, 3^rd floor Training Room at 12:30 p.m. to hear the applications of the applicants listed below:

INSURANCE ACT 1978

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

UNDER SECTION 41(1)(b)(v) and (viii)

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(b)(v) and (viii) of the Insurance Act 1978,

(“the Act”), hereby cancels the respective Class 1 Insurer registration

granted to the said Insurer under the Act, effective 27^th January 2022:-

BY ORDER OF THE BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the Department of Marine and Ports Services are advising the public that a further 17 abandoned and derelict boats – owners unknown – will shortly be removed from the water and disposed of.  These are located in the Boaz Island, 9-Beaches, Ely’s Harbour, Morgan’s Hill Beach (Ely’s Harbour), Frank’s Bay and Jews Bay areas.
