APPOINTMENT OF PUISNE JUDGE

            In exercise of the powers conferred upon her by Section 73(4) of the Constitution, Her Excellency the Governor has, after consultation with the Chief Justice, appointed Juan Wolffe to the post of Puisne Judge with effect from the 11^th day of April 2022.

Mrs. Joanne Dean, Director, Department of National Drug Control has been appointed to act as Director, Department of Court Services from 14^th March, 2022 to 31^st March, 2022.

AMENDED LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION GN1085/2021

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport previously granted an exemption under regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 to Mark Wade of the Bermuda Football Association, 1 BFA Way, Devonshire DV02, the number of permitted attendees is amended to the following:

Mr. Terry Spencer, Assistant Director, Transport Control Department has been appointed to act as Director, Transport Control Department from 11^th April, 2022 to 31^st December, 2022  (inclusive).

AMENDMENT OF LARGE GROUP EXEMPTIONS

The Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport hereby amends the following large group exemptions which were previously granted under regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 to allow for the use of 100% of their venues’ normal capacities:

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Marquel Waldron is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than the permitted number assembling;

Mr. Mannard Packwood, Ministry Controller, Ministry of Transport has been appointed to act as Director, Transport Control Department from 28^th March, 2022 to 10^th April, 2022  (inclusive).
