Her Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the
Chief Justice, will cancel the previous appointment of Mr. Mark Pettingill as Assistant Justice and has approved the appointment of Mr. Mark Pettingill
Barrister & Attorney to act as Acting Pusine Judge for the period 1st – 12th August 2022 to hear the following matters:

Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Mark Pettingill, Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice for one (1) day period, 12th July 2022 (to attend the case management hearing of the two cases of which he is the trial Judge: R v Palealkhai Williams 2021/007cri; and R v Psalm Darrell 2021/032cri).
