AMENDMENT OF LARGE GROUP EXEMPTIONS

The Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport hereby amends the following large group “trusted establishment” exemptions which were previously granted under regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 extending their approvals up to and including 31^st March 2022:

LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Risa Hunter, Executive Director of Masterworks Foundation is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than the permitted number assembling;

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Sebastien Maingourd, General Manager and Dirk M.C. Beck, Director of Catering & Sales of Sardis Development Limited, Operating The Loren Hotel at Pink Beach is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 20 persons assembling;
