APPOINTMENT OF OMBUDSMAN
In exercise of the powers conferred upon her by Section 93A of the Constitution, Her Excellency the Governor has, after consultation with the Premier, appointed Michael DeSilva to the post of Ombudsman with effect from the 28th day of March 2022 for an initial period of five years.

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers
conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,
(“the Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Insurer listed below,
