Pursuant to the provisions of The Marriage Act 1944, the Minister of Home Affairs, on the 15^th August 2023, licensed Very Rev. Dr. John Pearson Chalmers as a Marriage Officer, thereby enabling him to perform marriage ceremonies in Bermuda.
