Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Minister of Economy and Labour, by the following person(s) for the grant of a Permanent Resident's Certificate, under the provisions of section 31ZA of the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act, 1956, (viz: were ordinarily resident in Bermuda for the period of at least twenty (20) years; were ordinarily resident in Bermuda during the two years immediately preceding his application; are of good conduct and character.
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Minister of Labour, by the following person(s) for the grant of a Permanent Resident's Certificate, under the provisions of section 31A of the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act, 1956, (viz: has been exempted from Part V of this Act, under section 5 of the Economic Development Act 1968 for at least ten years; were ordinarily resident in Bermuda for a period of at least ten years; and were ordinarily resident in Bermuda during the two years immediately preceding application).
