Her Excellency The Governor, after consultation with the

Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffery Elkinson

Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice to hear

the matter 2019 No. 35 app Fiona Miller (P.S) v Khamisi Tokunbo

for the period 9^th November 2020 until this matter is complete, in accordance with section 75(4) of the Bermuda Constitution.

Senior Magistrate to act as Puisne Judge for the

period 9^th November to 27^th November 2020 or until the matters

commenced before him previously thereto is complete.

for the period  6^th November 2020.
