The Mirrors Programme is calling on men across our community to step forward and become a volunteer Life Coach for the 2026/27 Community Programme Leadership Academy (CPLA).
CPLA Cohort 21 will support up to 25 Emerging Leaders through leadership development, personal growth, weekly Life Coaching, community service projects, and other developmental experiences throughout the 2026/27 programme year.
We are recruiting 45 volunteer Life Coaches to support Bermuda’s young people. While both men and women are encouraged to apply, there is a particular need for positive male role models who are willing to invest their time, experience and encouragement into the next generation.
No professional coaching experience is required. Mirrors provides comprehensive Volunteer Life Coach training, beginning with a 2.5-day training from September 11-13, 2026, followed by ongoing support throughout the programme.
After training, Life Coaches will participate in a Matching Day where they will meet their young person and begin their coaching journey.
The experience continues with an 8-month follow-through, including weekly coaching sessions and monthly experiential activities from October 2026 to May 2027.
