The Waste Management Section of the MPW&E is charged with administering the Waste and Litter Control Act which sets out guidelines for the control of litter, illegal dumping, public waste collection and the enforcement powers under the act.
To report an incident of mis-handle waste, littering or illegal dumping email waste@gov.bm.

Teacher’s guide to waste management
All Ages Education - You can meet with the Waste Management Section of the Ministry of Public Works at the Annual Exhibition where the section provides an interactive educational and fun learning experience for all ages.
Schools – The Waste Management Section works with KBB on litter education and the 3Rs and is a delivery partner for the EcoSchools waste and litter pathway. Waste Management can help your school set objectives and achieve deliverables for the 3Rs.
