The Health Insurance Department (HID) office, located at 48 Church Street Sophia House 2nd Floor, will not serve customers in person during the week of March 22nd.
HID will provide support for Policyholder and Provider claims submission and client services via the phone and email contacts below:

Premium payments can be made online via HSBC or BNTB or over the phone by calling 295-9210. Claim reimbursements will continue for all claims received electronically. Please email claims to hip@gov.bm.
Business hours are 8:30 am till 5 pm, with payments accepted from 8:45 am till 4:30 pm
