HARBOUR ROAD, WARWICK

ROAD CLOSURE FOR EMERGENCY EMBANKMENT & WALL REPAIRS

MONDAY 30th NOVEMBER 2020 THROUGH TUESDAY 1st DECEMBER 2020

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform the public that the current ongoing embankment repair works on Harbour Road in the vicinity of Burnt House Hill and Tamarind Vale requires a full temporary road closure.

This road closure is only temporary to allow for a larger excavating machine on site to carry out critical works which should only take up to two working days.

The emergency temporary road closure will take place from Monday 30th November 2020 through to Tuesday 1st December 2020. Working hours will be from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Traffic controls will be under direction of Ministry of Public Works representatives and will be managed through traffic control signals & signage.

The public is advised to avoid Harbour Road in the vicinity of Burnt House Hill and Tamarind Vale and to use detour route via Middle Road.

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to encourage the full cooperation of the public and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.
