The Department of Workforce Development is inviting all current administrators and those wishing to become administrators with the opportunity to obtain a valuable qualification.
Through a short 12-week training programme, participants will earn a certification that increases employability and demonstrates their depth of knowledge, expertise, and commitment to being an administrator.
Participants can expect to learn the following skills:
· Interpersonal communication
· Project management
· Event planning
· Video conferencing
· Leadership
· Virtual office management
· Business writing
· Internet security
· Problem-solving
Reflecting on the training programme, the Minister of Economy and Labour, the Hon. Jason Hayward, said, "This is yet another opportunity provided to ensure Bermudians can meet the demands of our workforce."
