• The Ministry of National Security is advising that effective May 21st, the Customs Department’s main Hamilton offices will relocate from Custom House, 40 Front Street to the new location of Maiden House, 131 Front Street, Hamilton. The Department’s contact numbers, emails and operation hours (8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday – Friday) all remain the same.

Advisory: Department of Social Insurance moves back to Government Administration Building

The Department of Social Insurance is not open to the public today, Thursday, 16th of February, nor tomorrow Friday, the 17th of February. It is in the process of a physical move from Global House back to the ground floor of the Government Administration Building on Parliament Street.

The administrative office will be closed to the general public for the balance of the week. The Department will be open and fully functional to the general public on Monday 20th of February 2017.

The Department of Social Insurance wishes to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Phone lines to the Department will still be open at our regular phone number (294 9242).
