The Department of Health hosts a weeklong series of free events starting Tuesday, 9th April 2024.

Public Health Week features a number of events, as part of the Government of Bermuda’s initiative to promote healthy lifestyles.

Join us as we COMMIT TO CHANGE! This year, Public Health Week will be held from the 7-12 April, and we’ll be highlighting small changes that lead to big results.

  • TUESDAY, 9th APRIL 2024: Basic Self-defence demo and techniques - FREE event 
    • Roberto Carneiro, Bermuda Brazilian Jiu-jitsu

  • WEDNESDAY, 10th APRIL 2024: Let’s Talk Health and Healing for Women - FREE event 
    • The Pavilion, National Sports Centre: 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

  • FRIDAY, 12th APRIL 2024: Farmer’s Market and Healthy Living Expo 
    • City Hall: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
